Solar Installer/ Lead Solar Installer

Responsibilities

·        Layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware – we will train

·        Mechanical /structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment – we will train

·        Communicate with customers in a professional manner

·        Preparation and clean-up of job site

·        Additional duties as required

Requirements

·        Comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope

·        Must be able to lift panels, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions  

·        Reliable attendance required

·        Motivated team player, ability to work collaboratively with a team of installers

·        Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve
