About the Position:
The Human Resource Recruiting Specialist will work with the Director of Human Resources on meeting the hiring goals of the organization. This includes recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing talent, as well as coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, as well as transitioning the applicant to the HR Generalist for a seamless pre-employment and onboarding process.

Education: This position requires an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: This position requires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. It requires willingness to travel to the various assessment centers and locations of All Points North, job fairs, and various universities.  It requires excellent sales and communication skills and ability to form professional relationships.  Additional HR training or experience is a plus. Healthcare or behavioral health experience is also a plus

Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: Thorough understanding of employment customer service methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Thorough understanding of the concierge business model and the use of social media in recruiting and talent acquisition. Must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately, highly organized, and methodical, detail-oriented, communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms, and willing to travel.  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in human resources recruiting and talent acquisition. This position requires a high level of energy and creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to make solid human resources decisions. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

  • Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking and running
  • Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer work station.

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Report to and work closely with the Director of Human Resources to meet recruiting objectives.
  • Uses creative and “out of the box” thinking for sourcing and recruiting talent.
  • Effectively utilize recruiting channels, talent acquisition resources, social media and technology applications to generate quality leads and applicant pool.
  • Understands the competencies required for each position in the organization
  • Enthusiastically promotes All Points North.
  • Travels occasionally to various related universities and other relevant institutions to create professional relationships and to interview candidates.
  • Using time and resources wisely and understanding and adhering to budgeted guidelines.
  • Organizes and attends related job fairs and site tours.
  • Creates relevant relationship in the various communities where our assessment centers are located.
  • Collect and analyze data in relevant markets to recommend compensation.
  • Know the competition in the various markets and recommend and implement strategies to attract talent.
  • Provides the highest-level of customer service to potential applicants, with personal introductions and timely communication and follow up.
  • Works collaboratively with the hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Work closely with the HR Generalist to ensure all EEOC requirements are followed, including job posting, interview tracking, timely job offer, and filling position.
  • Assists with the follow up of applicants and seamless transition to the HR Generalist for the pre-employment process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
