All Points North is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and clinically driven Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Technician / Interventional Psychiatric Technician to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This role supports innovative mental health and wellness services through the safe administration of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and collaborative behavioral health care.

Broad Statement of Responsibilities:
- Safely administering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and organizational protocols
- Operating and maintaining hyperbaric chamber systems and related clinical equipment
- Monitoring clients during treatment sessions and responding appropriately to medical or behavioral concerns
- Supporting behavioral health programming through compassionate client engagement and crisis intervention
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records and treatment documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support continuity of care and positive client outcomes
- Ensuring treatment areas remain safe, clean, organized, and compliant with all regulatory standards
Assisting with additional interventional psychiatric services, including dTMS and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, within scope of practice
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to safely operate clinical equipment and follow established treatment protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to document in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Health Science, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) certification
- Training or certification related to behavioral health, psychiatric care, or medical assisting
- Familiarity with KIPU or similar EHR platforms
Experience
- Previous experience as a Hyperbaric Technician
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment settings
- Experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, CNA, Behavioral Health Technician, or Psychiatric Technician
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Experience working with clients in intensive outpatient, residential, or psychiatric care environments
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation technique
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to: -
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the facility for extended periods

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Operations
- Administer HBOT treatments safely and effectively under physician supervision
- Operate hyperbaric chambers and related support systems in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance and operational readiness
- Monitor clients during treatment sessions and respond promptly to concerns or adverse reactions
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, safety regulations, and treatment protocols
- Track treatment outcomes and maintain accurate clinical records
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within treatment spaces
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and operational best practices
Client Care & Behavioral Health Support - Provide compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the treatment process
- Build professional therapeutic relationships with clients
- Reinforce adherence to treatment schedules, facility policies, and program expectations
- Utilize trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation and client engagement
- Respond to crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques
- Observe and assist with therapeutic programming and group activities as assigned
dTMS & Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) Support - Assist with administration of dTMS treatments under licensed supervision
- Obtain and document required treatment outcome measures
- Monitor and document client responses and adverse effects during treatment sessions
- Support scheduling, preparation, vital sign monitoring, and clinical documentation for KAT sessions
- Collaborate with medical providers and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Perform additional clinical duties within scope of practice as assigned
