This position will be based out of the Vail Valley, Pitkin County or surrounding areas reporting back to our headquarters in Denver, CO. We need someone who lives west of Vail Pass.

What you will do

The chosen candidate will be responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable relationships with builders, architects, and mountain home owners working within an assigned geographic territory.  You will utilize sales tools to create, document, and execute sales plans in a hunter’s role as well as increase business opportunities in current accounts. This is a 75% hunter role, 25% account management.  Achieve assigned revenue targets by growing, maintaining, and closing a sales pipeline.  Expected to obtain and close business on a monthly basis. Must be comfortable presenting to groups and networking with industry professionals. 

How you will do it

Create 4x pipeline. Supplement incoming leads by prospecting daily to identify potential new customers/influencers and qualify new business opportunities.  Get meetings with prospects and connect with key decision makers.
Drive the full sales cycle.  Lead multiple sales engagements and move the client entirely through the consultative sales process to successful close.
Align value proposition to key customer pain points.
Build a referral network to identify new customers.
Attend industry networking events to effectively uncover new leads and contacts.
Forecast accurately by maintaining comprehensive deal profiles and communicating up-to-date information using HubSpot.  Knows when to call for assistance from management to keep the sales process moving.

What we look for

Required

5+ years of referenceable experience in quota carrying Regional Sales
2+ years in a related field (HVAC, home automation, construction, architecture/design) and/or deep knowledge of the construction process. 

Preferred

You have an aptitude for selling systems with a hunter mentality
Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines
Results oriented personality with a sales focus; willingness to have a significant portion of your compensation based on quota achievement with substantial upside potential with no cap
Experience selling in construction and related industries. Including directly and indirectly with developers, builders, architects and high-end mountain home owners
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Relentless attention to detail and ability to follow a proven system
Experience with HubSpot or other modern CRM
Experience with complex sales. We often don’t speak directly to the buyer or decision maker and have 3rd party influencers. You will need to manage and drive the process and players involved

The position will have a $65,000 Base salary + Commission + Benefits

$250,00 OTE (uncapped commission, unlimited earning potential)
