The Events and Partnerships Supervisor is a versatile hybrid position working closely with the partnerships team and the event operations team. The focus of the position will be split between helping with fulfillment of partnership contracts as well as assisting with event administration, event operations and event production. This position reports to the Director of Events.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $58,000 to $64,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
Essential Functions
Assist in fulfillment of partnership deliverables, activations, commercial shoots and partnership obligations across Aspen One portfolio
Handle partnership administrative duties including internal and external partnership tracking documents, invoicing, draft annual partnership recap reports, and social media tracking and other support as needed.
Handle event administrative duties include contracts, liability waivers, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, accounts payable tracking and other support as needed.
Manage event registration including creation of online registration page, fee collection, on-site check in and delivery of information required for timing/sanctioning/announcing/guest lists etc.
Coordinate planning and implementation of marketing for partners and events (content, shot lists, advertising).
Create and Manage all event calendars (ASC/TOSV/AVSC etc).
Manage all event lodging requests
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in event sales or service
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
Ability to communicate with multiple heads of departments and vendor leads
Great attention to detail
Trust in handling confidential information and correspondence
Ability to work independently with little instruction or supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel
Demonstrated ability in analysis, planning, coordination and data management.
General office/administrative/budget experience.
Basic photography experience is a plus/preferred
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend or be on your feet for extended periods of time
Regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
