Job Description
The Senior Integrations Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines from multiple sources systems into a new centralized customer data warehouse.  This position will provide and day-to-day long-term support of this customer data warehouse.  This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of Azure, APIs, SQL databases and data pipelines. 
 
The budgeted salary range for this position is $97,623 – $128,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. 
 
This position is open to remote work within the state of Colorado.   
 
Essential Job Functions 

  • Develop, implement and maintain data pipelines from sources systems into customer data warehouse in Azure
  • Provides maintenance and technical support for data warehouse and integrations
  • Creates and/or updates database schemas as needed
  • Completes modifications and bug fixes to existing functionality
  • Build and maintain monitoring processes for integrations
  • Define and write business and system requirements, user stories as needed
  • Deliver on commitments, collaborating with stakeholders as needed and communicating impediments as they arise
  • Becomes data and domain subject matter expert across the enterprise data ecosystem
  • Write test plans/scripts, coordinate testing with end users, and perform testing as needed
  • Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design
  • Proactively updates system integration documentation as needed
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years or experience in developing, designing and maintaining integrations required
  • 3+ years in Microsoft tech stack (Visual Studio, .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure) required
  • Technical data integration/extraction experience with various technologies from ETL (Azure data factory) to API (REST & SOAP) required
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries and database development
  • Experience in event messaging technology such as Azure Service Bus
  • Experience working with Azure cloud technology
  • Experience in implementing monitoring processes for integrations
  • Experience with data classification (sensitive vs non-sensitive) and data loss prevention technology
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy laws & regulations and with CI/CD concepts
  • Experience working with business users, analyzing requirements and providing technical solutions and working successfully with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Experience with master data management solutions (i.e. Profisee) desired
  • A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word,Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience working in the leisure, travel, tourism, ski resort, or hospitality industries – preferred
