The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting at Aspen Snowmass, and oversees yearly programs including but not limited to: VISA recruiting, career fairs, housing, job sharing, and local partnerships. This position has a large role in establishing stakeholder relationships as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to understand the individual needs of each business line. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to develop metrics, reports, training and optimizing the recruitment technology. This position is not remote.

Essential Job Functions
•    Act as subject matter expert for hiring managers in a full lifecycle recruiting environment
•    Executes full lifecycle recruiting primarily for Assistant Manager to Senior Level talent and other critical roles, maximizing candidate and hiring manager experience 
•    Indirectly manages Talent Acquisition Coordinator(s) who support the business line to ensure seasonal hiring efforts is fulfilled
•    Plans, directs and implements strategic recruitment initiatives, including VISA programs, involving interviewing, official government paperwork, working with attorneys and follow-up communication with involved parties. May involve domestic and international travel
•    Manages and acts as a change agent for talent acquisition programs and special projects such as but not limited to process efficiency, candidate quality, hiring manager satisfaction, metric analysis, and ATS adaptation. 
•    Creates and reviews Aspen Snowmass job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and Human Resource Managers to ensure they comply with the latest standards and develop a recruiting strategy to fulfill each role
•    Maintain regular communication cycles with Human Resource Managers about upcoming open positions to ensure a successful recruiting cycle 
•    Owns creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels including local partnerships, internet, cold calling, networking, referrals, and social networks 
•    Builds, sustains and manages relationships with Universities, third party staffing agencies and other entities  
•    Assists with training hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) use and develop ways to hold them accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•    Creates new SOPs for the Talent Acquisition Function at ASC, including for the roles of full lifecycle recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinators
•    Conducts data analysis from various data sources related to turnover, retention, seasonal hiring needs & current labor market to provide a proactive staffing model
•    Develops and influence relationships within all areas of the business, including front line managers and executives 
•    Oversees coordination of on and off-property ASC job fairs 
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
•    College degree, preferably in Humans Resources or related field required 
•    5 years of talent acquisition experience in a professional environment required, exposure to a seasonal environment preferred
•    2 years of supervisory experience required, preferably within recruitment preferred
•    Previous experience configuring Applicant Tracking Systems
•    High Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook required
•    Ability to ski / ride at an intermediate level to travel various worksites required
•    Valid up-to-date passport for overseas travel required

Supervision Given and Received
Given: Exercises minimal supervision over Talent Acquistion Coordinators. Sets the overall objectives and resources available. Both, in consultation, develop deadlines, projects, and work to be done. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, performance evaluation; recognition; disciplinary action; coaching, budgeting, and labor relations
Received: Works under general supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.

•    Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements 
•    No adverse or hazardous conditions
•    Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
