Big Sky Vacation Rentals is looking for a Property Manager to help manage our portfolio of luxury properties.

Knowledge of basic home systems and basic maintenance skills a plus.
Job duties include property care, vendor facilitation, and owner communication.
One of the most critical responsibilities is ensuring that each home is properly prepared and arrival-ready for each incoming guest or homeowner regardless of business volume. When dealing with each home maintenance situation the Property Manager must determine the best course of action, obtain owner approval, if necessary, and oversee the completion of all work.
Maintaining properties at a world-class level requires excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, discretion, organization and follow through on all assignments and issues.
Property Managers must take ownership of all aspects of the properties they manage to ensure the Homeowners and Rental Guests are highly satisfied with the condition of their home.
$55k salary + 401k, health insurance, paid time off and we currently have an housing option available to the right candidate!
