Black Tie Rentals in Vail/Beaver Creek is a family-owned Colorado-based ski, board & bike rental company located in the high Rockies. We are currently hiring skilled Reservations/Admin enthusiasts with the desire to provide customer support to our guests renting equipment for the Winter & Summer seasons. The job is straightforward, consistent & fun – for the right candidate of course!
What to expect: Vacationers will call or email to talk about our extensive equipment selection and service offerings. You will answer questions about the available equipment packages, book their reservation and then send them a confirmation. During the day you will review and process online bookings while confirming everything is in good order. This role requires organizational & customer service skills along with excellent communication skills. Other admin-type projects & tasks will be assigned to ensure it’s never a dull day!
At this point in the season, we are looking specifically to fill the PM shift on Wednesdays & Thursdays (3pm – 10pm) and the afternoon bridge shift on Saturdays & Sundays (3pm – 7pm). This role is perfect for someone looking for an extra shift or two for the second part of the season; someone ready to make a swift midseason change from their current employer OR even a second-semester senior looking for some business exposure (and income) before heading onto the next chapter.
Our Avon offices are a cozy & quiet place to work with plenty of parking. This role collaborates with 6 others within the office department while receiving support from one of the 7 Senior Managers. Shift work includes coordinating and planning with our Beaver Creek and Vail tech teams. We provide a Merchant Epic Pass.
