About this position:
The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and highly-skilled technology teams in developing and implementing software solutions for Bluetent, a leading developer for travel based e-commerce software. Demonstrable experience managing complex projects and budgets is required. Experience managing a dedicated team is preferred. Candidate should have strong communication skills, the desire to work collaboratively, and a good eye for detail. Salary commensurate with experience.
In this role, you will:
Facilitate daily standups, planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Work with the product owner to manage team priorities, timeline, budget, and process.
Coordinate, manage, and facilitate project and sprint production releases across multiple teams.
Escalate risks, roadblocks, or issues to stakeholders in a timely fashion.
Ensure clear, consistent client communication and overall satisfaction.
Accountable for project success and profitability.
Write vision, requirements and specifications documents for web projects.
Help drive and develop new systems to improve production processes.
The skills/qualifications we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrable project management experience.
Ideal candidate will have Agile project management experience in an agency or enterprise setting.
Experience using Drupal and WordPress is a plus.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
Experience producing software or web application scope of work documents.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
Ability to work well as a team, to shine as an individual, and to maintain a sense of humor.
Experience with NetSuite a plus
Experience with Google Apps a plus
Experience with Basecamp a plus
