Property Manager – Carbondale, CO

The Property Manager (aka Wizard) oversees and is responsible for day-to-day maintenance & repair (M&R) operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with state regulations, company policies, client goals, and best practices. The role is also responsible for training, mentoring and supervising other M&R team members and as such, the role demands mature and talented people who have demonstrated initiative. It includes tenant relations, vendor coordination, and project management for property maintenance and capital improvements.
