Bold Solutions is a leading community association management firm seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Controller to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting and financial reporting for 100+ managed community associations
Supervise and streamline accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all clients
Develop and maintain budgets in coordination with association Board of Directors
Manage cash flow, banking, and reserve fund investments
Oversee annual audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Improve internal financial controls and best practices
Collaborate with property managers and board members to interpret financials
Lead and mentor an accounting/finance team
Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
✅ 5+ years of accounting/financial leadership experience, preferably in HOA/community association management, real estate, or property management
✅ Deep understanding of fund accounting, GAAP principles, and HOA financial structures
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with property management/accounting software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Caliber, VMS) a plus
✅ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
