The Maintenance Technician assists with the maintenance and operational care of various community associations and buildings in Eagle and Summit Counties. Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of building maintenance, basic construction, landscaping and snow plowing.
Must be able to communicate with owners and tenants. Bilingual is a plus.
Possess a Colorado Driver’s License and legal authorization to work in the United States.Lift 75-lbs, with a willingness to work in winter and summer temperatures on varying surfaces.
Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Hand tools are required, larger power tools will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time.
