Box Office Associate
Full-time or Part-time, Seasonal (June- August)

 

About This Role:

The Box Office Associate is responsible for assisting with hospitality and box office operations for Bravo! Vail events.  More specifically, this means selling tickets both over the phone and in-person, processing Donor tickets/comps, packages, and lawn passes while utilizing excellent customer service skills. Job locations may include the Bravo! Vail office, Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, Vilar Performing Arts Center, and other venues throughout the Vail Valley. Hours will vary and include weekends and evenings during the Festival season (mid-June to early-August). Position may assist other departments as needed. Due to the nature of the Bravo! Vail Festival, a full commitment to the job dates is imperative.

What You’ll Do:

·       Represent Bravo! Vail by always providing excellent customer service

·       Utilize clear and succinct verbal and written communication with acute attention to detail

·       Assist with Box Office sales both in-person and over the phone

·       Printing and mailing of tickets and passes

 

Who You Are:

You are looking for a seasonal position where you can utilize your excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. You are able to be “the calm within the storm” and enjoy interacting with many different people. You are comfortable working with computers and love working with a great team.

 

Skills and Experience:

·       A passion for Bravo! Vail’s mission & values

·       Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in customer service and hospitality

·       Energetic, flexible, organized, collaborative, and proactive team member

·       Ability to pass a background check

 

Compensation:
Hourly: $18-$22/hr
