⏰ Overnight shifts | Weekends & Holidays required- 3 ten-hour shifts

When the resort goes quiet, you come alive, balancing ledgers, securing the property, and making sure every guest wakes up to a perfect folio and a smile (even if they didn’t see you do it).

This isn’t just a job. It’s the graveyard shift glow-up of hospitality. 💫

🦸‍♂️ What You’ll Do 
✅ Reconcile guest folios with 100% accuracy — yes, flawless
✅ Process credit cards & rate builder financials like a pro
✅ Solve accounting mysteries (no cape required)
✅ Run overnight front desk & reservations
✅ Handle guest needs with kindness & calm
✅ Perform security rounds — keeping our mountain oasis safe
✅ Team up with housekeeping & maintenance for a seamless sunrise
✅ Generate daily reports that make management say “whoa”
✅ Follow all accounting procedures like the legend you are

🎯 What You Bring to the Late-Night Table
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs — yes, really)
✔ Ability to thrive overnight
✔ Math chops for financial reconciliation
✔ Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs (ski bags, suitcases, high-fives)
✔ Ability to sit/stand for 8-hour shifts
✔ Comfort working solo during the witching hours
✔ Cool head in emergencies
✔ Willingness to work weekends & holidays (hey, mountain life!)

✨ Bonus Points If You Have:
🔹 1+ years night audit experience in hospitality
🔹 Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business
🔹 6+ months in accounting, auditing, or night ops
🔹 Experience with property management systems
🔹 Bilingual (English/Spanish) — ¡sí, por favor!
🔹 Certification in accounting principles
