As a Massage Therapist on our Hospitality & Wellness team, your healing artistry is essential. You provide a vital service that elevates a guest’s vacation, turning a simple stay into a memorable retreat and reinforcing the luxury of the BGV brand. We seek licensed therapists who understand their integral role in our hospitality ecosystem to deliver exceptional, personalized treatments that promote deep relaxation and well-being.

đˇď¸ Base Compensation: $16.00 / hour for all scheduled hours.
đ Performance Earnings: Commission on every service + 100% of client gratuities retained by you.
đĄ The Bottom Line: With commission and typical tips, our therapists average $70 – $80+ for every hour they are performing a massage during our popular 50-80 minute sessions.
đ Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to customize treatments.
- Perform professional massage/body therapies using approved techniques.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and room preparation standards.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest wellness.
- Uphold our “End of the Line” service resolution philosophy.
- Contribute to spa operations including linen management and inventory.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
Required:
- Current Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA).
- 500+ hour diploma from an accredited massage school.
- Proficiency in Swedish massage + one specialty modality.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills.
- Availability for evening shifts (Mon/Thurs/Fri noted).
- Physical ability to perform 4-6 treatments daily, including standing for 90% of shift, continuous arm/shoulder motions, applying pressure, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate essential oil aromas and spa chemicals.
Preferred (A Plus):
- 6+ months experience in a luxury spa/resort environment.
- Additional certifications (e.g., hot stone, prenatal, sports massage).
- Retail/product recommendation experience.
- Weekend/holiday availability during peak seasons.
