Can Do Multiple Sclerosis is looking for a creative, energetic, and strategic-minded Marketing Manager who will develop and execute strategies to promote and amplify our mission to those living with and affected by multiple sclerosis.  
 
In this position, you will help us to build and drive brand awareness, increase traffic, engagement, and program participation, and produce informative, actionable content that resonates with our audience. In this position, you will work under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and collaboratively with our Marketing, Programs, and Development teams  

The Marketing Manager position is a remote, full-time position. Colorado applicants preferred but we are open to talent from other locations as well.

   
Duties & Responsibilities 
Programs Marketing & Acquisition 
– Create, implement, and measure the success of comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to promote the Can Do MS brand and increase program participation and engagement by 15% 
– Write, edit, and produce compelling content by serving as the lead writer for monthly emails, articles, website content, program titles and descriptions, video titles and descriptions, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.   
– Build and manage CRM strategy to grow email subscriber database and amplify Can Do MS programs, resources, and events. 
– Use advanced segmentation, insights, and A/B testing to understand subscriber behavior and improve engagement and reach.  
– Create highly personalized email experiences that resonate with each audience segment.  
– Manage paid digital marketing strategy for search, social, video, and other relevant channels.    
– Manage paid media budgets to ensure campaigns efficiently meet target spend and KPIs.  

Content Marketing   
– Under the leadership of the Director Of Marketing, develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organizational vision, mission, and goals. 
– Build content strategy through researching goals, audiences, SEO-driven content creation, and conversion strategies, among other elements.  
– Own, plan, manage, and execute SEO strategy across the Can Do MS website that increases visibility and drives traffic. 
– Bring an expansively creative approach to content and web formats, considering how best to match messages to writing, visuals, and interactive elements to help Can Do MS reach audiences and stand out among other content competitors.  
– Stay current with industry trends to incorporate best practices and new content opportunities. 
– Collaborates with a wide team of healthcare professionals and patient advocates to implement content strategies and edit their work.  

General 
– Provide oversight and direction to team members in the execution of, but not limited to, content production, SEO and CRM strategies, organic, and paid media.  
– Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and leading indicators. Make recommendations to adjust strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness. 
– Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. 
– Uphold and build upon the Can Do MS brand and sub-brands.  
– Manage team communication, third-party vendors, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns. 
– Assist on various projects and administrative tasks as needed. 

What We’re Looking For 
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field 
– 3-5+ years of demonstrated expertise in marketing or advertising, copywriting, messaging, and branding 
– Experience in email marketing and software–HubSpot strongly preferred 
– Experience in paid media content creation and placement–Google Ads and – – – Meta Ads are strongly preferred 
– Experience in content management systems, content marketing, and SEO 
– Experience using digital marketing analytics tools  
– Strong knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines 
– Proficiency in basic graphic design techniques and tools, such as Canva and – – Adobe Suite 
– Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace innovation and change.  
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
– Self starter who could work independently as well as part of a national team.
