CityPASS is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to oversee the organization’s IT operations. This position is hands on and will require an individual who can transition effectively between day to day needs and strategic initiatives. This person will be responsible for setting IT policy, purchasing and configuring devices, and will trouble shoot issues when they arise. They will also be responsible for defining and executing plans for long term strategic initiatives like phone system transitions and software systems implementations. There will also be opportunities to work with the development teams on network and devops systems. This individual needs to be self-directed and can communicate technical details and project status to various stakeholders.
