Overview Cordillera is a unique residential mountain community that enjoys a high quality of life. The community provides an outstanding diversity of lifestyle and residential amenities. The Cordillera Property Owners Association is responsible for the Divide, Ranch, Summit & Territories residential areas. It operates and maintains the Trailhead Clubhouse, Athletic Center, Short Course, Vail Gondola Ski Club, CPOA Admin Offices, Cordillera Post Office, Design Review Board and Healthy Forest Program.
Responsibilities: Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for the planning, organizing and logistics of activities for Cordillera’s residents. We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude, who is professional and willing to lead. Additional duties will be assisting the general manager with the overall planning and management of the community as needed.
- Work closely with management and all staff to create a strong and effective team.
- Help to provide a welcoming and fun environment for our homeowners and members with high standards of service.
- Event budgeting, event vendor management, coordination, and invoice processing
- Responsible for all community communications; announcements, weekly newsletters, updating website, activities calendar, welcome packet etc.
- Facilitate homeowner groups (Stitchery, Mah Jongg, Bridge, Game Night etc.)
- Assist to maintain smooth operation of the community facilities, services, and functions.
- Help maintain a safe, harmonious, enjoyable workplace environment for all staff.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis in line with company requirements.
- Gain a clear understanding of duties required and ensure that these are carried out in a safe and practical manner to meet or exceed company standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by general manager.
Qualifications Customer Service Skills: An enjoyment of connecting with homeowners, being friendly, helpful, and providing an excellent level of service. Strong Communication Skills: including reading and writing comprehension. Team Player: Happy to help with other duties if necessary and willing to go the extra mile. Decision-making Skills: Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing conditions. Technical Skills: Able to pick up practical skills easily and become proficient in using them. Previous event planning experience preferred. Ability to multi-task Organized
