Facilities Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and handles all CPOA (Cordillera Property Owners Association) facility maintenance for the Cordillera Athletic Center (ACC), Trailhead, Post Office and Cordillera Vail Gondola Club
• Coordinates and liaises with vendors/contractors as needed
• Handles all construction details outside of contractor’s duties
• Schedules and handles all maintenance for CPOA facilities
• Handles all vendor invoicing for facilities in conjunction with Residential Services Coordinator
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly facility inspections and handlings
• Documentation and record keeping for punch list items
• Assist GM with facilities budgeting
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance operations and general repair of all facilities
• Performs systematic checks and inspections of facilities proactive maintenance program to prevent breakdowns, malfunctions, and general depreciation
• Assists in maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for all staff and homeowners
• All other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management
• Pool maintenance knowledge preferred but not required
