Design Consultant

Do you have an eye for design? Do you love sales? Creative Floors is seeking a highly motivated individual who will manage all facets of daily operations including:
● Welcome and engage in conversation with retail customers, and help throughout the design process.
● Actively work to become familiar with and understand each project.
● Sample ordering immediately after a design consultation.
● Answer phones when needed.
● Facilitate, plan, and follow up on all design consultations you have in the showroom.
● Plan and meet with Designers or Contractors each month.
● Manage the accounts receivables for your sales.
● Manages the work orders for the installation teams for your sales.
● Maintain an 8am-5pm showroom presence. (No remote options.)
● Prepare bids and job proposals and send out in a timely manner 
● Learn roles of the scheduling manager and sales staff so that you can pick up their duties while they are out of
the office when needed.
● Maintaining communication during measure scheduling, installation of material, and follow-up.
● Visit jobsites weekly.
● Attend annual training sessions for sales and installation.
Requirements:
● Experience in sales is preferred
● Detail Oriented & Highly organized
● Excellent communication skills: articulate, effective, cheerful, & handles conflict resolution excellently
● Strong computer skills (emails / putting together price quotes)
● Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
● Software: Quickbooks, Excel, Google Drive
