Role Overview

Hands-on position responsible for helping create and assemble all CNC components needed to manufacture our Lifestyle Vans. Take CNC machined components and complete post processing, quality control, assembly preparation and final assembly.

Essential Functions

  • Post processing steps including routing, trimming and sanding to prep components for assembly.
  • Inspect each part before post processing and prior to assembly for quality control.
  • Use power and hand tools to process and assemble cut parts into finish quality cabinetry.
  • Check assembled components to ensure they meet the standard set by the shop manager.
  • Keep track of and notify the shop manager when parts and supplies are running low.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and efficient work space.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in your workspace and other areas of the shop.
  • Abide by all shop safety standards.

Ideal Experience

  • Prior manufacturing / fabrication experience with some labor trade experience (construction, carpentry, etc.) helpful.
  • Proven experience operating hand tools and other typical woodworking tools.
  • Proven ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high degree of meeting quality control standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working with a variety of power tools and equipment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 70+ pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and able to work on concrete floors for long-periods.

  • Job Type: Full time, hourly
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
