Owner Experience Technician

Dave & Matt Vans is looking for an OWNER EXPERIENCE TECHNICIAN (OXT) to join our growing team in Gypsum, CO building the highest quality, most affordable vans on earth. This position will be responsible for the customer experience from the closing of the sale, onwards! By focusing on service and support, the OXT will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Respond to, direct, and resolve customer support requests using the appropriate portals and following the most up to date policies and procedures.
• Perform service on customer vans that originate from warranty claims, upgrade requests, or repair needs.
• Compose, proof, and post articles for the DMV knowledge base while providing other support as required.
• Start the journey with our new customers by facilitating New Van Day walkthroughs when scheduled, including preparation and cleaning of the vans.
• Assist management in developing policies and procedures for the Owner Experience (OX) Department.
• Help brainstorm, develop, and critique the entire Owner Experience.
• Assist the rental team with departures, arrivals, and van preparations, when needed.
• Perform current quality control practices to ensure a high-quality product and provide feedback to the production team.
• Responsible for the timely completion of projects.  Communicates directly with management updates on delays, scheduling issues.
• Assist the production team when directed.

Ideal Experience

• Organized, process-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Working knowledge of basic technology. Willing to learn how we leverage technology for project management, timecards, and efficiency programs.
• Build experience or the willingness to learn our builds before beginning assignment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with a variety of power tools and equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 70+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and able to work on concrete floors.

Nitty Gritty

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: 40 hour per week, schedule TBD but candidates should expect to work some weekends.

Wage:  Hourly, $20-25 depending on experience
