Showroom Liaison

Decorative Materials is the largest privately owned luxury tile showroom in Colorado. We are currently looking for a part-time Showroom Liaison for our Basalt Showroom. This position is expected to require a maximum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

• Handling shipments and deliveries and opening sample pallets.
• Replenishing, labeling, and packaging samples.
• Answering phones.
• Welcoming clients.
• Assisting in overall cleanliness and organization of showroom.
• Hanging display boards.
• General office duties.

Requirements

• Must be organized, accurate and extremely detail oriented.
• Quick learner with the ability to prioritize.
• Friendly, flexible, self-starter who enjoys coming to work.
• Enjoys face-to-face client interactions.
• Exceptional phone etiquette + professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commute to our Basalt showroom.
• Able to work up to 30 hours per week.
• Must be able to lift up-to 30lbs – tile display boards can be heavy!
