Come work with us! DSES is hiring a Finance & Administration Director to help build community, fitness, and confidence through adaptive mountain sports in California’s Eastern Sierra. As a member of the leadership team, the Finance & Administration Director will play a key role in strategic decision-making and operations as the organization grows to support people pursuing adaptive outdoor recreation in our region.
