Join our team at Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our facility. As an Airport Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational tasks, working closely with airport personnel, tenants, and the public.  To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a collaborative, adaptable, and communicative team player who consistently delivers on commitments.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm. (1-hour lunch from 12 pm to 1pm.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security and Compliance: Oversee airport security measures, manage access control systems, and ensure compliance with TSA regulations.
  • Financial Management: Handle accounting, budgeting, and reporting for the airport, including invoicing, payments, and data analysis.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, concessions, airlines, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, such as lease tracking, bond management, and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in business, accounting, airport management or related field preferred
  • Minimum Work Experience: Three years of general office and direct customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which produces the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Preferred Work Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible office experience; and, well established customer service and business practices, or, any combination of education and experience which produces the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.

Licensure, Certification, or Registration:

  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation, 10 year employment verification, Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) and a Security Threat Assessment (STA).
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
  • Airport Security Coordinator certification obtained within the first year.
