Maintains a smooth operation of the district office including logistical support for meetings. Responsible for district office accounts which includes payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, staff reimbursements, purchase orders and PCard accounts. Supports internal and public communications and maintains strict confidentiality. Serves as Administrative Assistant to the District Leadership Team (DLT).
