This role oversees student activities, discipline, athletics, instructional leadership, and community engagement.

💰 Salary: $83,190 – $99,828 per year

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Serve as a school-community liaison
✔ Supervise student activities & athletics
✔ Observe & evaluate staff performance
✔ Ensure student discipline & attendance policies are upheld
✔ Support Special Education, 504, and MTSS processes
✔ Oversee facility safety & maintenance requests
✔ Plan & coordinate standardized testing

Qualifications:
📍 Master’s degree in Education or related field
📍 Eligible for a Colorado Principal License
📍 Minimum 3 years of successful teaching experience
📍 Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and Special Education regulations
📍 Coaching experience & familiarity with CHSAA regulations
