Job Summary:
Support the principal, staff, and students in achieving school and district goals while ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a school-community liaison.
- Supervise students, activities, attendance, and discipline.
- Observe and evaluate staff.
- Oversee Special Education and Child Study processes.
- Manage facility safety and maintenance requests.
- Approve leave, purchases, substitutes, and facility use.
- Supervise school events and activities.
- Collaborate with school resource officers.
- Serve as an instructional leader.
- Analyze and manage student data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- MA in Education or related field.
- Colorado Principal License (or eligibility).
- 3+ years of successful teaching experience.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, Special Education, and ELL strategies.
- Coaching experience and CHSAA knowledge preferred.
