Job Summary:
Support the principal, staff, and students in achieving school and district goals while ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a school-community liaison.
  • Supervise students, activities, attendance, and discipline.
  • Observe and evaluate staff.
  • Oversee Special Education and Child Study processes.
  • Manage facility safety and maintenance requests.
  • Approve leave, purchases, substitutes, and facility use.
  • Supervise school events and activities.
  • Collaborate with school resource officers.
  • Serve as an instructional leader.
  • Analyze and manage student data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • MA in Education or related field.
  • Colorado Principal License (or eligibility).
  • 3+ years of successful teaching experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, Special Education, and ELL strategies.
  • Coaching experience and CHSAA knowledge preferred.
