Position Overview:
Homestake Peak School is seeking a Permanent Guest Teacher to support student learning by delivering high-quality instruction based on lesson plans provided by classroom teachers. This position plays a critical role in maintaining continuity of instruction and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ECSD-approved curriculum using provided lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Document daily activities and student progress
• Utilize the Substitute Absence Management (SAM) system
• Comply with district and school policies

Qualifications:

Active Colorado teaching license or substitute authorization required

Reports to: Principal or Assistant Principal
