Duties Include:

  • Oversee community management with a focus on fostering a vibrant and caring environment.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners and homeowners through daily interactions and updates.
  • Lead project planning and property improvements supported by a robust budgeting process.
  • Attend community meetings, design reviews, and social events to support engagement and development.
  • Manage budgeting, planning, and operations to maintain a thriving community.

Start Date: 12/1/2024

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $75k – $85k, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Minimum Requirements
Weโ€™re seeking the perfect candidate that holds a Bachelor’s degree and has expertise in project management, budgeting, and planning, paired with excellent communication, public speaking, and social interaction skills. Proficiency in Outlook and a strong background in property management are essential to excel in this dynamic role.
