Oxford Court, managed by East West Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This role is a fantastic introduction to property management and owner relations. Duties Include:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll support the Property Manager in all essential functions, including community association management, assisting with rental and homecare units, and managing guest and owner relations. You’ll coordinate work with outside vendors and in-house departments, conduct arrival and departure inspections, perform periodic inventories of units, and handle front desk duties including pre-arrival emails. You’ll follow up on owner and rental guest requests, collaborate with the reservations department, manage owner’s and guest of owner’s reservations, and receive and deliver packages. Manager on Call duties will be shared with the Property Manager. Embrace a dynamic role with varied responsibilities!

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $24+/hr. DOE.

Schedule: 40hrs/week flexible, changes seasonally, some weekends and holidays required, ability to work irregular hours and days depending on work demand

Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize complex tasks effectively. A calm demeanor and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds are essential. The candidate should possess two years of college or trade school education, or comparable industry experience, along with previous customer or guest service experience. The job will require some irregular work hours and days. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, as is the ability to learn property management-specific platforms. IQWare, IQtrac, and/or Track PMS software experience is helpful but not required. They should be able to recognize and identify general home maintenance issues, perform simple repairs, and follow up for their completion. Additionally, the candidate must be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, read financial documents, and possess a valid driver’s license.
