Duties Include:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of property management operations, ensuring a high level of service for owners and guests alike. You’ll collaborate with owners, vendors, and guests, with a strong focus on successfully completing operational projects. Leading by example and fostering teamwork is essential in this role, as is managing East West Hospitality’s expenses in regard to rental and homecare revenue streams. Additionally, you’ll recognize and identify general maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely completion and seamless property upkeep.
Location: Office at Beaver Creek Landing – Avon, CO. On-site parking. Steps away from the slopes!
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $24 – 26/hr. DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (to be paid in two allotments after 30 and 90 days of employment)
Schedule: 40hrs/week flexible, changes seasonally, some weekends and holidays required, ability to work irregular hours and days depending on work demand.
Minimum Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in Property Management or Hospitality operations, paired with strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A friendly and professional demeanor, along with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work well within a team, are essential. The role requires physical capabilities, including moving, bending, and lifting items up to 50lbs, as well as a valid Driver’s License.
