 Duties Include:

As Guest Experience Manager at ACW, you’ll oversee front desk operations, lead a team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, and ensure seamless payroll, billing, and membership processes. You’ll build strong member relationships through onboarding, personalized service, and event programming while maintaining accurate financial and membership metrics. Acting as Manager on Duty, you’ll resolve guest concerns, uphold facility standards, and champion service culture initiatives to create exceptional experiences. Additionally, you’ll contribute to operational meetings, budget planning, and resort-wide initiatives, all while driving innovation and team excellence.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $60,000 annually + eligible for 10% manager bonus program

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
