Guest Services Supervisor – The Charter

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, enhance the guest experience, and contribute to the operational success of our esteemed property. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Front Desk Operations: Ensure seamless daily operations by managing guest registration, issuing room keys, providing information, processing payments, and handling room move requests.
Manager on Duty: Act as the Manager on Duty when needed, carrying out essential managerial responsibilities and making decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Guest Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Front Office management team to promptly address and resolve guest issues and requests, maintaining high service standards.
Communication and Coordination: Work closely with the Guest Services Manager and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Group Sales Support: Assist with group sales by managing rooming lists and room blocks, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
Location: The Charter – Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $24-26/hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Minimum Requirements
At least one year of front desk experience. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven experience in coaching and training team members.
Proficiency in managing supply orders and inventory control
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
