The Opportunity
Elevated Builds Aspen is a high-end residential construction firm specializing in complex remodels throughout Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead detailed, design-forward renovation projects from pre-construction through final inspection.

This role is ideal for a field-seasoned leader who understands mountain construction, thrives in fast-paced remodel environments, and can confidently manage budgets, subcontractors, permitting, and inspections.

What You’ll Own
Project Leadership & Field Oversight

– Oversee daily field operations and jobsite management
– Coordinate subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence
– Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and site professionalism

Budgeting & Cost Control

– Develop and track project budgets
– Manage change orders and cost forecasting
– Maintain accurate reporting and financial oversight

Permitting & Compliance

– Submit permits and manage municipal processes
– Coordinate inspections and ensure projects pass successfully
– Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations

Client & Design Coordination

– Serve as primary point of contact for clients and designers during construction
– Maintain clear, proactive communication
– Ensure execution aligns with design intent and project scope

Required Experience & Profile
– Proven field experience managing residential remodels (at least 3 years)
– Experience running complex, high-detail projects
– Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
– Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships
– Ability to confidently manage budgets and financial tracking
– Experience with permitting and inspections (Roaring Fork Valley preferred)
– Strong leadership presence on job sites
