Director of Acquisitions

ABOUT US

Fortius Capital is a private equity real estate firm focused on value-add RV parks, manufactured housing, and multifamily housing in tertiary markets across the mountain states. We combine institutional investment management with boots-on-the-ground operations through our integrated platform (property management, construction, brokerage/leasing).

We need a deal-maker to drive our acquisitions pipeline.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a corporate analyst role. You’ll be our primary engine for sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with significant upside tied directly to your performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Source and close $10-30M+ in acquisitions annually (PRIMARY FOCUS)

– Build and maintain broker relationships across Colorado markets

– Identify off-market opportunities and present to Investment Committee

– Grow property management portfolio through business development

– Handle select leasing/sales assignments for the firms portfolio

 

COMPENSATION

Base: $70,000

Performance-Based (Uncapped):

Year 1 Realistic Range: $150,000 – $300,000+

Year 2-3 Potential: $200,000 – $400,000+

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

– 3-5+ years CRE or real estate acquisitions experience

– Proven track record sourcing and closing deals (not just analyzing)

– Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills

– Self-starter who builds broker networks from scratch

– Comfortable with performance-based compensation

– Real estate license or ability to obtain within 6 months

– Residing in Vail Valley/Colorado mountain region

Preferred:

– Multifamily, mixed-use, or workforce housing experience

– Existing Colorado broker relationships

– Asset management or operations background
