About the role:  
This is a full-time year-round on-site position. This role will provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction. They will plan, organize, control and direct the work flow of the engineering requests.  
 

What you will do:  
Responsible for assisting in repairs and maintenance of the building as required by the operation or special projects assigned by Director and Assistant Director of Engineering   
This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction.   
 

What you bring:  
Minimum 1 + year previous experience in related field required, certifications preferred, requires technical knowledge of building maintenance and ability to operate computer equipment. 
This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.  
The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.  
Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. 
Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.  Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Schedule & Hours: 
This is a full-time position.   
A successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
