High-end, fast-paced, well-established real estate development and construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for new residential construction in Winter Park/ Fraser, CO. Superintendent will oversee all construction phases of assigned residential projects. Will report to the Project Manager and Company President.
Duties include: coordination, supervision and organization of on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, supervise employees, and identify/solve problems. Thorough knowledge of the construction process and expertise in reading and understanding building plans. Must be dependable, hardworking and self-motivated. Work to begin immediately.
