The ideal candidate will have education/experience in Land Use Planning with demonstrated expertise with innovation, forward-thinking and application of Land Use Codes or other regulations. A positive attitude, customer-oriented emphasis, effective communication and an affinity for rural & urban planning is essential. Requires proficiency in managing simultaneous projects of varying complexity. Qualified candidate will possess a degree in urban, regional planning, GIS or related field, with relevant experience.
