Responsibility for planning, supervising and directing the County’s Code Enforcement Division, including investigation of non-permitted and environmental complaints, and enforcement with rules and regulations related to building and land use codes, permits and licenses; investigates citizen complaints. This position exercises considerable discretion and administrative latitude, subject to controlling legal requirements, departmental policies and program objectives.
