Event Host/Banquette Attendant

We are looking for incredible people to join our team! We strive to give our employees flexible schedules with four 10-hour shift options giving you three days off. Our full-time positions offer three weeks’ paid vacation time and incredible health and welfare benefits. We have medical plans starting at $26 per month. Unlike most hotels, we generally do not have guests on Sundays, and we tend to have Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off so that we too can celebrate with our families.

We are located only 40 mins from downtown Denver, right off 285. Easy drive especially if you are in Lakewood or Englewood.

Lone Rock retreat is a 7-acre village nestled into the hillside with 60 rooms, a lodge, seminar training facility and wellness building.

Given our beautiful location in Bailey and altitudes of 8,000 – 8,500 our team members need to have endurance, the ability to lift, climb, carry and most importantly have fun!

The Role: Food Attendant / Event Host:

We are looking for a Food Attendant – Event Host to join our guest services team. This critical position presents and maintains our food in the dining event area in addition to restocking and keeping areas clean. Event hosts perform like banquet attendants, and we encourage engagement with our guests. Event hosts can also lead guest activities like snow tubing, hikes, etc.

Food Attendants will manage the event spaces and meal periods to ensure each food station is stocked with the right food, supplies and signage in accordance to the event details. They will act as the point of contact with the customer’s event planner for the meal and break periods. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, area cleanliness and timeliness of service. Responsible to maintain high level of cleanliness in all event areas. Stock all event areas with plate ware, glasses, utensils, and napkins. When time permits assist team with any projects. Our team will also have projects rotated throughout the month to maintain high level event standards.
