Marketing Manager

Manna Tree is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to join the Manna Tree Operations team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects that advance Manna Tree’s marketing strategies and goals. The Manager will oversee and lead marketing projects from initial brainstorm through implementation and on to debriefing and reporting. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, including digital marketing execution, event support, strategic partnerships and sponsorships, and branded merchandise. The Marketing Manager will work directly with Manna Tree’s VP of Marketing, vendors, and support staff. 

To be a successful Marketing Manager, the candidate should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills and be passionate about owning community engagement. Manna Tree is looking for an individual who understands key touchpoints for marketing efforts and knows how to effectively engage the target audiences and community. Manna Tree values team members who are willing and eager to roll up their sleeves and dive headfirst into key projects and initiatives. This is a new role, and Manna Tree is looking for an individual that will help guide the future of our marketing program.  

• Own all project management with regards to marketing strategy, acting as the orchestrater between the Manna Tree team, external vendors, and support staff. 
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, determine project budgets, and resource allocation requirements, making necessary adjustments over the course of the project’s duration. 
• Create and manage content calendars and schedule deadlines.
• Manage relationships with vendors and support staff. 
• Communicate with internal and external key stakeholders ensuring alignment and completion.
• Execute Manna Tree’s social media strategy including LinkedIn posts, YouTube channel, company website and video. 
• Execute Manna Tree’s email communication efforts with key stakeholders. 
• Manage Manna Tree’s CRM tool and leverage analytics to optimize marketing strategy.  
• Support virtual and in-person events, merchandise, and strategic sponsorships 
• Responsible for tracking marketing metrics that report back to Manna Tree management team.
• Align all marketing initiatives with overall Manna Tree brand strategy and brand experience. 

 
Desired Skill Set 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field 
  5+ years of direct experience in marketing, with a diverse set of experiences across digital marketing, events, and content marketing 
• Significant project management experience 
• Desire to manage and help execute a variety of marketing efforts including events, design, digital strategy, and communications 
• Familiarity and comfort with CRM tools, basic data analytics and marketing metrics/KPIs
• Process-driven with strong time management skills, able to effectively manage a high-volume of tasks and multiple workflows with ease 
• Firm understanding of the investment world, specifically as it pertains to private equity 
• Must share a passion for health and wellness and enjoy a versatile and dynamic environment in a small team
• Hard-working, adaptable problem solver that will do what it takes to get the job done 
• Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal) 
• Ethical, discreet with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through 
  Thoughtful, imaginative, and intellectually curious with strong critical thinking skills
• Microsoft 365 experience required

• Base pay range for this role is $75K-90K
