We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Architect Draftsman to join our team and support the design and project execution process. This position offers an pportunity for future growth into a Project Designer/ Project Manager.
Position Overview:
The Architect Draftsman will work closely with the architect and designer to develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications that bring our design visions to life. This role requires strong technical drafting and modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects at various stages. Our ideal candidate is proactive, has a solid understanding of luxury residential architecture, and enjoys working in a collaborative, creative environment.
Duties:
- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to interpret design intent and produce high-quality construction documents.
- Assist in the development of design concepts, 3D renderings, and presentation materials as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Review and adjust plans based on feedback from the design team, project managers, and clients.
- Conduct field measurements and site visits to ensure design accuracy and gather relevant project information.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
Requirements:
• Self-motivated with team collaboration in mind
• Experienced knowledge of architectural building systems, planning, and design.
• Proficient knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in an office
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
