HR Generalist – Silverthorne, CO

The Northwest Colorado Council of Governments seeks a full-time Human Resources Generalist (our first HR employee) to assist a growing organization in managing HR systems and elevating the employee experience to the next level. NWCCOG recently implemented the Paycom platform and updated many policies & practices, and is seeking an individual with the experience and skills to integrate and manage these elements, working alongside executive leadership.
