Pierce Austin Architects is searching for an office manager/bookkeeper/assistant. Work would include but is not limited to: A/R, A/P, G/L, financials, billing support, human resources administrator, payroll administrator, Health/Workers Comp/ Professional and General Liability Insurance administrator, employee benefits administrator, Notary Public is helpful, marketing, travel arrangements, collections, errands, phones, filing, word processing, ordering office and drafting supplies, client liaison, vendor liaison, and general trouble shooter. Website Management would be a big plus. Proficient in Windows, financial software, acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This is full-time position and pays a salary, pay depends on experience.
