JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for property management & maintenance for assigned clients
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1) Perform work under contract to ensure the scope is completed in accordance with contractual requirements and in compliance with OSHA safety standards. Responsible for resolving variances in contractual requirements, correcting
OSHA non-compliance, making all necessary changes required in personnel, budget, or contract
2) Perform regular inspections on properties an assurance that all project requirements are being met in accordance with
contracts, issued permits.
3) Work with local suppliers/venders and contractors that have been provided to perform desired work.
4) Act as second responder for all security measures.
5) Monthly invoice coding for assigned clients.
SUPERVISION:
Works independently and with PHQ Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge:
1) Must have a general construction knowledge
2) An understanding of construction/mechanical processes and systems.
Skills and Abilities:
1) Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills, dealing with team members, subcontractors, clients and government
entities
2) Must have excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills, this is to identify problems and address them as needed.
3) Clear, concise communication is a must.
4) Must have basic computer, digital, and media communication skills.
5) Valid Driver’s License
Education:
1) High School Diploma (Construction degree helpful but not necessary)
2) Spanish preferred but not necessary
Experience:
1) 1+ years’ experience working in a pre-construction environment
2) Experience running small to medium remodel projects
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
1) Must understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations. Must be mentally adaptable
and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.
2) Must understand living, building and driving in a high-altitude mountainous area.
3) Requires physical activity that will include, but not limited to:
a. Lifting objects 50lbs or more.
b. Sitting, standing and driving for prolong amounts of time.
4) Must be able to be “on call” for after-hour emergencies.

Affordable Health insurance – We cover 90% of an individual employee’s health insurance premium, and 60% of any family plan. Employees who elect our high deductible health insurance receive $100 per month directly to their HSA spending account. Those employees who have insurance coverage elsewhere will receive a $250 monthly stipend to help with that cost.
