RV Park Manager

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a full-time, highly organized RV Park Manager to oversee daily operations of our RV park and convenience store. The ideal candidate will be a personable, professional leader who provides exceptional customer service to both overnight and long-term guests. You will manage all aspects of park operations, including guest services, store management, team leadership, facilities coordination, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee daily park operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming guest experience

·         Manage check-ins/check-outs, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

·         Manage convenience store including ordering, stocking, and sales transactions

·         Communicate with staff and home office to ensure all facilities are properly maintained

·         Recruit, train, and supervise part-time workampers and staff

·         Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all regulations

·         Assist in coordinating suppliers for park needs

Qualifications:

·         Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, and camping management

·         Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and reservation software

·         Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset

·         Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

·         Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
