NEW POSITION – Hospitality Host/Bartender (+21 Team Member)

Role Summary

Responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests of The Riverwalk Theater, as per RWT Standards. The Team Member is expected to work with the other Team members in an efficient manner and plays an integral role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. This position is specifically tasked with connecting the patio/walk-up bar with the kitchen and general concessions. This position will assist the Supervisor on duty in meeting all RWT Standards.  At all times, Team Members are expected to be attentive and anticipatory to our guests’ and teams’ needs.

• Greet customers at the bar, walk-up window, or as they enter the theater or patio
• Actively “sell” our menu and advocate for the RWT food and beverage program and menu by greeting the following up with guests to see how their experience is going and if they need additional menu items.
• Use the handheld TOAST device to sell remotely on the patio and foyer
• Manage/expo food and beverage orders to ensure they get to the guest as expeditiously as possible to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Serve as a support role to the concessions staff during movie times
• Provide direction to customers about our food and beverage offerings
• Prep and stock the bar
• Clean surface areas and floors in eating areas to ensure a sanitary environment
• Provide back fill of consumables when needed
• Provide customer service and complaint resolution
• Execute opening and closing procedures associated with assigned station
