Theater Manager

Theater Manager Roll Summary

Responsible for supporting the General Manager in all movie and food and beverage operations.  The Theater Manager is expected to lead the daily operations per RWT Standards, manage frontline team members and work to help RWT Management achieve specific growth goals.  The Theater Manager will be highly energetic, self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about providing the best possible guest experience.

Job Requirements

Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to perform all general management functions of day-to-day operations
Learn and help manage weekly movie projections and schedule
Learn and help manage daily theater operations
Learn and help manage daily kitchen operations
Manage frontline staff in a manner that maintains and improves upon RWT Standards
Learn, develop and implement RWT Standards.  Work directly with RWT General Manager on RWT Standards and Operating Procedures.
Outstanding ability to listen, communicate and work effectively with guests and employees in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Effective analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision
Work with management to develop and manage a training program that develops employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good working computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel)
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
